Add photographs and generate a listing in English and Spanish. Nothing is published until you review and approve it.

Use your public property page and a portal-ready listing pack to publish as the owner.

Manage buyers
Receive enquiries, schedule viewings and record offers, counteroffers and responses with a full history.

Prepare for notary
Work through a readiness checklist and produce a structured pack for your lawyer and the notary.
Where professionals fit in
Add local professionals only when you need them. If you choose to use a lawyer, tax adviser, valuer, gestor or another professional, they may charge their own separate fees. Legal, tax and valuation judgements always sit with a qualified professional, never with the platform.
