PropVende provides self-service software for owners selling residential property in Spain. The service is developed and operated by the Norwegian company Ai Risk Intelligence AS, by Andréas Hobbelin and Susan Hobbelin, which is the controller of the personal data described in this notice.
What we collect
Account details you provide, information about your property, documents you choose to upload, and details submitted by buyers who contact you through the platform.
Why we use it
To provide the platform: to operate your seller workspace, to store and organise property documentation, and to pass buyer enquiries to you.
Storage and security
Data is stored on infrastructure located in the European Union. Property documents are held in private storage and are not publicly accessible.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can close your account at any time.
