What the service is
PropVende is a self-service technology platform that helps property owners in Spain organise and run their own sale.
What the service is not
We are not an estate agency, a law firm, a tax adviser or a notary. We do not represent you or any buyer, do not negotiate on anyone's behalf, and do not advise on whether to accept or reject a price.
No client money
We never hold purchase funds, reservation deposits or any other client money, and we do not act as escrow.
Agreements and contracts
Recording a commercial agreement on the platform is not a binding contract of sale. Binding agreements are prepared and executed with your own legal advisers and, where required, before a notary.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the property information and documents you provide, and for obtaining professional advice where it is needed.
